MangaDex is a discovery website. It does not host, reproduce, upload, or distribute manga chapters. Copyright concerns about material hosted on a third-party website should be directed to that website’s operator or hosting provider.
Reporting material on MangaDex
If you believe original material displayed directly on MangaDex infringes your copyright, a notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact MangaDex URL and a clear description of the material at issue.
- Your name and reliable contact information.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
Counter-notice
If material you provided is removed because of a mistake or misidentification, applicable law may permit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to the relevant legal jurisdiction.
